I discovered the bunq app by chance in the App Store and opened an account because I live abroad but work in Germany. My primary concern at the time was avoiding currency exchange fees when using my card in Germany or abroad. However, bunq offers much more, such as free Credit Cards and sub-accounts that I can open free of charge. Since becoming a customer, their offerings have steadily expanded, including direct investment opportunities in index funds and cryptocurrencies. Unfortunately, it's not yet available in every country, but I'm sure that will change soon. Even when I had an issue with an unauthorized charge on my Credit Card, their support team helped me immediately and much faster than if I had gone to a branch. I should also mention that transfers are always processed instantly and without any additional fees, which isn't the case with German banks. Last but not least, it's worth noting that they also consider the environment, planting trees for every payment made. I haven't checked how many trees have been planted through my payments, but last time I checked, it was already a small forest. There's also the option to suggest ways to improve bunq. I don't know of any other bank that allows this directly in the app. For me, it's by far the best bank I've ever been a customer of, and I highly recommend bunq!

bunq is a very useful banking application. Transfers go back and forth fast and at a reasonable cost. In one app you can have several accounts including a Business Account which is very helpful. No enoying questions are asked during standard routine operations so you don't have to explain too much. Cards issued by bunq are accepted almost everywhere. Howerver, they may not work in some locations such as China. Another minus is that it's not always easy to make international transfers from a private account although with a Business Account everything is OK. bunq recently started out crypto but at a reduced scale: you can only buy and sell crypto but you can't transfer and receive crypto. If bunq could add this it'd be my prime choice for crypto transactions as well. And it'd be nice to get a real Credit Card from bunq with a real overdraft, too.

start use bunq around 6 months ago, my friend tell me about it. Open super fast, just take some minutes on phone and my card come few days later... I use it for daily things like food, bus rides and send money to family memebrs,all go smooth... I really like how app show every spend right away and I can make tiny accounts to save for rent or travel. The design is fun, colors nice, not boring like normal bank app... Fee money is ok for me, not too high, and no hidden charge I can see...
